Horsted Place wedding photography | Iana & James
Spring weddings always have a wonderful feel to them, clear fresh air and freshly blooming flowers. Iana & James’s wedding was no exception, particularly since Horsted Place has the most fantastic bluebell wood, which we took full advantage of for some lovely shots of the two of them together.
Starting at King Charles Church in Royal Tunbridge Wells, I was able to photograph down from the gallery and get some great shots of the amazing architecture the church boasts. From there we went straight to Horsted Place, where I took Iana & James out into some of the stunning countryside surrounding the house. We particularly made time for the bluebell wood, where, to save Iana’s dress, James carried her in amongst the flowers and trees.
Drinks on the lawn, as well as traditional Bulgarian wedding games saw us through to dinner and speeches. The day was full of laughter, much of which was Iana’s.
Despite half the guests being from Bulgaria, the wedding was quintessentially English; elegant and stylish, partly because of the setting in an English country house, but mostly because of the lovely guests.
