My natural, documentary style means that most of the time you won’t even be aware of me. I’m there to shoot the most intimate, emotional and funny moments from your wedding, as well as document the day. Apart from some beautiful shots of the two of you and some formal group shots, I strongly believe the best way to do that is to work in the background so that people don’t know they are being photographed. I won’t direct your day, I’ll create beautiful images that capture it.
From booking right up to the day itself I’m there to guide you through all the wedding photography planning by advising you, supporting you and being organised and professional. I want you to get everything you want out of your wedding photos.
On your day you can be confident that the photography is being taken care of and that I’m capturing the beautiful and natural wedding photography we planned together.
Yes, I regularly shoot weddings in London and the rest of the UK as well as a few weddings outside the UK each year, mostly in Italy.
From a full days coverage I will generally deliver 400 or more. I don’t put a exact number on it so I can deliver all the best photos from your wedding day whether it’s 400, 450 or 500 or very occasionally more. I always give you all the best shots from your special day, once I’ve taken out the blinks & the blurs.
Yes, I actually think they can be quite important. If you don’t want to do any, then of course that’s fine, but the best thing to do is for us to have a chat about them at your pre wedding meeting so we fit them in with your timings and make sure they work with my documentary coverage of your day. I like to do them quickly and smoothly, so you can get back to your guests. I bring a few copies of the group shot list we’ve agreed to before your wedding day and often hand one to an usher or bridesmaid so they can get the next group ready for me. That way we can get through the groups in a fun and efficient way with everyone enjoying themselves.
Yes, of course, once you receive your photos you are welcome to use them as you wish for any personal use including printing, social media etc etc.
All you need to do is contact me telling me you’d like to book and I will send you an email explaining how to. I need a £400 booking fee which is deducted from your balance 30 days before your wedding.
Here’s a link to my prices page. I know every photographer’s price list is completely different, making it very complicated to compare, so let me know if you have any questions.
Definitely, if I haven’t met you before you book then I will meet you before your day. About a month before your wedding I like to meet up, or if we’ve met already we can Skype or FaceTime if that is more convenient. We go through your timings and discuss your day from start to finish. I get a lot of couples saying that meeting is when they start getting excited because it’s the first time they can see how their day will come together.
I’m afraid not, though I will immediately let you know if someone else enquires about your date.
No, video is a very different medium, shot in a very different way….I can however recommend a couple of excellent videographers you might like to consider.
Not technically a question, but something I come across a lot. It’s a completely reasonable thing to feel. I shoot in a very easygoing way & aim to make it fun and relaxed for you. Only photos where you are looking your best will make the final cut.
When I’m taking shots of just the two of you I like to do it in a way that makes you feel totally comfortable, I never get you doing anything that would make you feel stupid…..that way you enjoy it & it shows in your photographs!
Yes, I have some suppliers I’ve worked with that I think would be great at your wedding, Here’s a link to the best ones – Suppliers page
